The boys are back!
Know Direction Boylesque troupe is gathering again to take to the stage later this year.
This is a shout to all who identify as “boys” and possibly want to take to the stage.
Or just hanging out creating cool costumes and rehearsing because it’s fun to do dude stuff. To manage busy schedules and commitments, we are looking at splitting the year into two 6 week semesters.
Semester 1 (Tuesday evenings starting 11 Mar to 22 Apr):
The purpose is to practice choreography and get a head start on costumes and get that promo video sorted.
Open to all who feel that they identify as male
(Mostly semester one rehearsals will take place at our home in Bellville, taking advantage of longish evenings)
Semester 2 ( 24 Jun – 29 Jul TBC ):
This is for those that can commit to being on stage in early to mid-August. Polish those sexy moves and get a handle on removing those costume pieces…in time to the music!
The Venue for Semester 2 is still to be confirmed. Somewhere indoors, warmish and is able to host the performers.
Cost:
There may be a need to hire a venue for the evenings of semester two, which will be shared between all those performing
