Exotic pole BASE and Introduction
These classes are designed for beginners with no prior pole dance experience at all. On this class you will learn basic pole moves, preparatory exercises, easy pole combos. To spice things up we love to include heels, preferable choice. Perfect way to work on your self esteem and learn graceful shapes, waves, spins, sensual acrobatic elements.
Exotic pole Beginners
Focused to learning a low intensity combos, tricks and transition. You need basic level to attend this class.
Exotic pole ADVANCED
For those who have past Beginners level, who is confidence on pole and would like to improve their skills, expand tricks variants, learn complicated choreography.
