In celebration of Women’s Day, the queens take the throne — and the power.

At Club Rome, we live by the “Ladies Rule” — meaning only ladies have the authority to initiate play. On this night, it’s not just a policy — it’s the whole vibe.

Please bring your own refreshments as neither alcohol nor food will be provided — this is why we offer such great pricing! Ice, glasses, and a selection of mixers will be available.

The term “HOUSE PARTY” refers to the style of the event, not to house music.

Entrance Fees:

To qualify for discounted entry, members must book online via the Club Rome website and pay via EFT before midnight the day before the event.

  • Couples: R500
  • Single Men: R300
  • Single Women: R200

If you have not booked and paid in advance, or it’s your first time attending, you will be charged at the door:

  • Couples: R600
  • Single Men: R400
  • Single Women: R300

The entrance donation includes full access to the pool, jacuzzi, rooms, play areas, social areas, and the dancefloor.

Expect to meet many of our intriguing and vibrant Roman members (note: their presence does not imply availability).

Doors open at 7:30 PM.

Overnight Stay Options

  • Open areas are available free of charge from 2 a.m., provided members bring their own blankets or duvets (first come, first served).
  • Private rooms are available for a small fee, complete with fresh linen, bedding, and towels. Rooms remain open for play until 1:45 a.m., after which they are prepared for overnight guests. Bookings are first come, first served and can be made in advance.

Private Room Rates:

  • Saturn and Ur’anus Rooms: R250/night each
  • Hercules Room: R350/night
  • Venus Room: R500/night

Dress Code

Men: No shorts, flip-flops, sandals, or tracksuits (unless theme-appropriate). Smart casual, jeans, T-shirts (provided they are not sloppy), and closed shoes are accepted.
Women: No tracksuits (unless theme-appropriate). Smart casual, shorts, theme dresses are all accepted provided the appearance is not sloppy.
Club Rome reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not dressed to a fair standard upon arrival.
