About the event
The Sharps Jam is a guided, peer-learning space for those who practice or are interested in needle play and other sharps-based edge play. Whether you’re refining your technique, learning new placements, or simply seeking to connect with others who share a fascination with this precise and beautiful art form, this collective offers a respectful and supportive environment to do so.
This is not a workshop or performance space, but a practice collective, a place to share knowledge, exchange tips, observe, and learn together. Attendees are expected to have basic familiarity with sharps safety and consent negotiation. Needles, gloves, and other supplies should be brought by participants, though limited communal materials may be available for those exploring specific techniques.
We’ll start with a brief group check-in and safety overview before moving into open practice time.

TIME: Second Tuesday every month 7.00pm – 10.00pm (yes this time is the same as the rope jam, they happen in different areas of the Dungeon).
DRINKS & SNACKS: Please bring your own drinks and snacks. There is no food or drinks available for sale. There will be ice, glasses, coffee and tea.
BRING: Your own sharps kit (needles, gloves, antiseptic, sharps container, etc.)

This is NOT a play party it is an edge play – sharps jam and all play will be confined to needles in the main Dungeon space.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- Consent and Safety: Our priority is creating a safe and respectful environment. All participants must adhere to the rules of consent and boundaries.
- BYOT (Bring Your Own Toys): Your own sharps kit (needles, gloves, antiseptic, sharps container, etc.)
- Age Restriction: This event is strictly 18+
- Explicit Exposure: This event is only for sharps play. The venue will also have a rope jam happening at the same time. There will be no nudity for these events and no sexual play.
- Play free social space: Our social space is a play-free social zone for those who need a break.
- Intoxication: This is an edge play jam and as such no intoxication will be allowed. If you are under the influence we will not allow you to participate for safety reasons. NO refunds will be given in cases like these.
- Safer Space: Casa Kink strives to provide a safe space for open fetish events where body positivity and sex positivity are safely celebrated in all their forms, and where people are encouraged to express themselves and their kinks without fear of judgement or abuse. We provide a safer space and emotional and physical safety are our paramount concerns.
- Inclusivity: The space is inclusive of all identities, including (but not limited to) sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, race, relationship style, kink preference, religion and culture. Right of Admission is reserved and the organisers decision is final.
- Consent: We follow Personal Responsibility in Consensual Kink (PRICK). Please ensure you undertake negotiation for all plays at our venue and events. Consent can be withdrawn at any point in time, including in the middle of a play. We will have Consent Monitors at the event.
