Sharps Jam

The Sharps Jam is a guided, peer-learning space for those who practice or are interested in needle play and other sharps-based edge play.

Whether you’re refining your technique, learning new placements, or simply connecting with others who appreciate this precise and beautiful art form, this collective offers a respectful and supportive environment for learning and growth.

This is not a workshop or performance space. It is a practice collective where participants can share knowledge, exchange techniques, observe others, and learn together.

Attendees should have a basic understanding of sharps safety and consent negotiation before participating.

Date: Second Tuesday of every month

Time: 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Please note: This event takes place at the same time as the Rope Jam, with each event occupying separate areas of the dungeon.

Event Format

The evening begins with:

This is a dedicated Sharps Jam, and all activities will remain within the designated sharps practice area.

This is not a play party.

What to Bring

Participants should bring their own sharps kit, including:

  • Needles.
  • Gloves.
  • Antiseptic.
  • Sharps container.
  • Any other preferred sterile equipment.

Limited communal supplies may be available for those exploring specific techniques.

Drinks & Snacks

Please bring your own drinks and snacks.

No food or beverages will be available for purchase.

Ice, glasses, tea and coffee will be provided.

  • All participants must respect consent and personal boundaries at all times.
  • Casa Kink follows the Personal Responsibility in Consensual Kink (PRICK) model.
  • Consent must be negotiated before any activity and may be withdrawn at any stage.
  • Consent Monitors will be present throughout the event.

Bring Your Own Equipment (BYOT)

Participants are required to bring their own sharps kit, including needles, gloves, antiseptic, sharps containers and any other required sterile supplies.

Social Space

A play-free social area is available for anyone who wishes to take a break, relax or connect with others between practice sessions.

Event Environment

This event is dedicated exclusively to sharps-based edge play.

At the same time, the venue will also host a Rope Jam in a separate area.

Please note:

  • There will be no nudity.
  • There will be no sexual play.
  • All activities are confined to their designated practice spaces.

Intoxication Policy

As this is an edge play practice event, intoxication is not permitted.

For the safety of all participants:

  • Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate.
  • No refunds will be issued if entry or participation is refused due to intoxication.
