For the session, wear anything that makes you feel fabulous, whether it’s lingerie or sweats. Bring along heels if you fancy, and don’t forget water. This master-class is about exploring your body’s unique movements, adding new sensual expressions to your dance repertoire, from dancing solo in front of the mirror to sharing a more confident, sensual dance with a partner.
Even if you think your body can’t dance due to injury or capability concerns, fear not—all individuals with various abilities are welcome.
