I love capturing and documenting moments of vulnerability, intimacy and experiencing pleasure. Welcome to my collections of work portraying the human experience, primarily through the means of Shibari and Kinbaku.
About Me
I started taking photos for fun in childhood, but only in the last few years have I spent time trying to hone my craft. I am inspired by people experiencing everyday life, as well as when we choose to push ourselves to the limit. I use photography as a way to both capture and see others, and share in the joy of living by having a tangible moment in time made permanent.
On a more technical note, I use both digital and film cameras to capture moments and dabble in short-clip-making. Film is not a service I generally offer to everyone, as it includes more costs and has more limitations compared to its digital counterpart.
As to how I create, I like to limit my photography to be a tool of observation and witnessing, I do not dish out creative briefs or center my work as the main medium in the room. Photography within itself is a tool to be played with, and I enjoy letting my presence be felt with the click of my shutter rather than the command of my voice.
Despite enjoying rope bondage, from both the top and bottom perspective, I do also enjoy collaborating with others who tie and capture the moments they create. Almost all of my Shibari/bondage images are made in collaboration with my partner (who organizes monthly events and offers sessions), Desire Lines Bondage.
